How can i customize my shipping rates using UPS?

Go to the UPS website: Visit www.ups.com and click the “Register” button in the top right corner of the homepage. Please see the attached screenshot for your reference
Choose your account type: Select the type of Shipping account that best suits your needs (Individual/Business).
Enter your personal or business information: Fill in your name, contact information, and other necessary details depending on your business.
Choose your login credentials: Create a username and password that you will use to access your UPS account.
Provide your payment information: Enter your preferred payment method for shipping services.
Confirm your account: Check your email for a confirmation message from UPS and click on the link provided to confirm your account.
Once your account is confirmed, your shipping account will be registered successfully with UPS.
Obtain a Client ID and Client Secret key from the UPS account
Log in to your UPS account: Visit www.ups.com and enter your UPS account username and password to log in.
Navigate to the UPS developer portal from the bottom of the UPS website, please see the attached screenshot for your reference.
Please click on Create application in the UPS developer portal,
Please click on Add Apps and follow the prompts to finish the setup to reach the final page on the Add App section which looks like the below screenshot in which you can give the App name as “Shopify-Shipeasy” and enable the “Authorization (O Auth) and Rating under the ‘Add products’ section.
Once clicked on Save, under the App’s listing page, please click on the App name which you have given in the Add app section and you will be able to see the Client ID and Client secret key under the Credentials section as per the screenshot below,
Please validate these credentials on our app to link your UPS account on our app.
